Q. Are you Realtors?

A. No. We are not Realtors. You hire a Realtor to find you a Buyer. We, on the other hand, are the Buyer. So you don’t need to pay a Realtor to find one for you because you have us already.

Q. There is a vacant house down my street, which is really an eyesore for our entire neighborhood. All the neighbors take turns in cutting the grass. The truth is it really looks terrible. It would be amazing if somebody could buy it and take care of it. Would you be interested?

A. Yes. We would. We sincerely appreciate you thinking of us. By the way, if we buy that house, we would renovate it and resell it at full retail price. That would help with the value of properties in your neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods.

Q. My house has a lot of deferred maintenance. Are you interested in buying it?

Q. How does the process work?

A. Very easy. You give us a little information about your house. We come to an agreement and sign a Contract. And we close with an Attorney or a Title Company.
